You may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring any cancellation fee. To cancel, please contact us at contact@kaamup.com.
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the service time, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours of the service time, no refund will be issued, except in cases of service provider unavailability or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, at KaamUp’s discretion.
Refunds will be processed and credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
